The immense satisfaction of people watching. Do you ever get that?
I was stuck at the airport in Amsterdam. Put on a waiting list after running like a mad person all sweaty and thirsty, hoping to get on the next flight for a long awaited family reunion.
Took me hours to get bored. I find strangers too entertaining. After wandering around I found a satisfying light framing rushing strangers. Stood there taking pictures, borrowing stories and lives like a pest. A security guard smiled at me. I smiled back.

Love the shadows that you captured.

I can relate and love what the pictures capture… just last night I was sitting quietly after an event, watching the buzz of the community sharing with each other. I almost wish I had my camera with me…

Thank you. You know that feeling when you’re watching the world and it feels like it’s just you and the rest of the world and you’re kind of invisible, but you can see everyone?? That’s the best!!
Thank you for sharing. Appreciate it.

That’s exactly how it felt last night and many times when I just observe, rather than participate. I think photographers often do that.

Must be that.. stepping out of your body kind of experience and being just an observer. I love it 😊
