10AM. We have already had breakfast and walked a few miles. We are eating ice cream. A lovely ice cream lady pointed out to her favourite mix of praline and cinnamon. Interesting. Sold!
I am also licking some Ferrero flavoured goodness. We have a dilemma. There is not enough time in the day to try all the foods we want. We have come up with a plan. Starting a day early and walking a lot in order to squeeze in more meals.
Have we finished these? It was so good. Now we can try something else.
I enter the restaurant like a boss. A waiter approaches us giving a genuine smile. No need to pretend we are new here. It’s our 4th visit.
He asks if we want to order some drinks. I announce proudly that we are ready to order. You see, we have come prepared. We have decided about our meal while we were working on our last night’s dinner. We are on it!
The very gorgeous grilled see bass makes its presence. I take a bite, close my eyes and utter to my mum, ‘This is the best food I have ever had’. We smile.
Disclaimer: I do apologise this Greek food lust post has no food images. We ate it all.
No idea how you food bloggers take these gorgeous food snaps. Bow down to you.
